Payment Methods

For all orders we accept Visa and MasterCard.
For mail-in orders we also accept Money Orders.
(We do not accept personal cheques. Money Orders can be purchased at banks and post offices.)

Shipping

For destinations within Canada, we can ship your parcel by the following methods:

CANPAR: The package will be delivered to your door (home or business). Deliveries are made during business hours on weekdays. A person must be available to sign for the package at the time of delivery. Two attempts are made. Canpar cannot deliver to PO Box numbers. Canpar Regular (Standard) and Canpar Select (Express) services are available.

CANADA POST: The package will be delivered to the place where you normally receive your parcels sent by mail. We offer Canada Post Expedited (Standard) and Canada Post Express (Express) services.

FEDEX Air: This is a one or two day service depending upon the destination. The cost can be quoted once we know what items are being ordered and the destination postal code.

PICK-UP: Orders may be picked up at our warehouse, Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm. There is no store or show-room at the warehouse. Pick-up orders must be placed by phone or on-line. We will phone you when the order is ready, usually within the next business day. There is no shipping charge for Pick-up orders. The location is 455 Gordon Baker Road, Toronto, ON, M2H 4H2. (This is near Woodbine and Steeles in north Toronto.)

Shipping Fees (within Canada)

Standard Shipping: (Canpar Regular or Canada Post Expedited): There is a flat fee of $9 for any size of order, anywhere in Canada (within areas served by Canada Post or Canpar). Any number of items can be included in this order to be shipped to one address, including KM6 Deluxe Wardrobe. Both Standard methods take about the same amount of time. (See below for estimated times.) To help choose between Canpar and Canada Post, see “Shipping Methods” above.

Express Shipping: (Canpar Select or Canada Post Express): $30 plus $5 for each additional item in the order, anywhere in Canada (within areas served by Canada Post or Canpar). Item #KM6 Deluxe Wardrobe is excluded from this rate. Please email or call for a quote on Express orders that include the Wardrobe. We will need to know the destination postal code and the items in the order. To help choose between Canpar and Canada Post, see “Shipping Methods” above.

Courier: (FEDEX Air): Please email or call for a quote. We will need to know the items being ordered and the destination postal code.

Pick-Up: There is no charge for Pick-Up orders.

International Shipping: Please email or call for a quote. We will need to know the items being ordered, the address and when the order is needed.

Ordering Deadlines for Delivery by Dec. 24, 2009.

Flat Fee $9 shipping for any amount, anywhere in Canada, is still available for all locations in Canada, but may not arrive by Dec. 24, 2009.

Orders may also be picked up at our Distribution Centre in north Toronto (404 and Steeles area) until 4 pm on Wed. Dec. 24, but must be placed ahead of time, on-line or by phone. Pick-up is available Monday to Friday, 8 am to 4:45pm. Please note that there is no store or showroom; your order must be placed ahead so that we can have it ready for you.

Shipping Times:

The approximate shipping times, for in-stock items, when using Standard Shipping (Canpar Regular or Canada Post Expedited) is:

2-3 days in Greater Toronto area
3-5 days in Southwestern Ontario
4-9 days in other major Canadian cities.
Up to three weeks for remote areas

Selecting Express shipping will reduce the above delivery times.

Please remember that during the winter months delivery may take longer than estimated due to seasonal volumes and inclement weather. Please order as early as possible to avoid disappointment.

Taxes

ON addresses: 5% GST and 8% PST
NB, NL, NS addresses: 13% HST
All other Canadian addresses: 5% GST
International: No taxes are paid at the time of the order. However, there may be fees or taxes charged locally when you receive the package.

Returns and Exchanges

Products may be returned or exchanged, if in unopened condition. Refunds are issued for the purchase price of the items returned. Shipping charges are not refunded.

Our Guarantee

Our dolls and accessories are made to impeccable standards and we are confident that you will be pleased with the quality of Maplelea Girl products. If you are dissatisfied with an item due to a manufacturing defect, we will gladly replace it for you at no charge, within six months of purchase.
